Shipping & Returns

Processing Times:

Generally for NON-STRENGTHENED products we will ship your order within 3 days or less after recieving payment.

For STRENGTHENED products, the shipping date will depend on whether the strengthened product is available, or whether we need to strengthen additional items.

        A.  If the product is already strengthened we will ship within 2 days.

        B.  If the product needs to be strengthened to order we will ship within 4 to 8 days.

The shipping method that you choose is the time for the shipment, NOT the time from your order to receipt of your order. If you need something next day or express in any way, please Contact Us prior to ordering, to confirm availability.

Shipping...

Shipping Times:   

FedEx Ground, UPS Parcel Service and USPS Parcel Post:     Shown below is the UPS Parcel Service Map for shipments from our factory in Alfred Station, NY.

 

  • Shipments that weigh more than 200 lbs. please place your order by contacting us to arrange for freight delivery, in order to save you money.
  • Any items that are listed as free shipping are confined to the continental United States.
  • If you are outside the continental United States it is possible to order, but you will have to request a quote for shipping to your location. Please use the Contact Us page and include your detailed request. You will be billed via email upon your acceptance of the quote.

Returns...

...Any Return claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of your purchase...

Normal...

  • There are no returns on custom orders such as engraved or etched glass.
  • There are no normal returns or refunds after 30 days.
  • If any items that you receive do not meet your expectations, please use the Contact Us page to notify Santanoni and suitable arrangements for a return can be made.
  • We will refund your money, replace the items or give you store credit in the form of a gift certificate, at your request. However, we do not pay for shipping on any returns. We do this in order to maintain our low overhead. But, we are convinced that you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase, so this won’t be an issue.

Damaged Shipments...

  • If any items arrive damaged, a claim needs to be filed with the shipper.
  • If the shipping box/container looks damaged upon receipt make sure that the delivery person makes a note of it.
  • Please use the Contact Us page to notify Santanoni.
  • Retain all shipping material until the claim is resolved.
  • Discarding shipping material will usually void any claim with the shipper.
