CAVEAT: A few of our customers proudly tell us that their son or daughter loves to show the "unbreakable" nature of these mugs by dropping them on the floor every time a visitor shows up. This is a no-no. Any glass will damage under this condition, and while they may stand up to 5 or 6 (or 10) such demos, eventually even HercuGlass will fail, and the thermal shock resistance is also reduced. If your son or daughter (or you???) must show off - we suggest a short video of a single drop.
